What is FlexiBowl?
FlexiBowl is an advanced flexible feeding system designed to handle a wide variety of components regardless of geometry, material or surface finish. Unlike traditional bowl feeders, FlexiBowl uses a rotating disc combined with controlled impulse energy to separate, orient and present parts reliably.
Integrated with industrial vision systems and any robot brand, FlexiBowl supports rapid changeovers, high mix production and continuous feeding of small to large components without dedicated mechanical tooling.
How it works ?
FlexiBowl uses a rotating disc that spreads components evenly across the surface. A controlled impulse then separates and repositions the parts to create clear pickable areas. A vision system identifies part location and orientation, and the robot performs the pick operation.
The result is a stable, continuous feeding cycle with consistent part availability and minimal mechanical wear.

FlexiBowl is a flexible feeding system capable of handling parts of different shapes, sizes and materials without dedicated mechanical tooling. Using rotational motion and controlled impulse energy, it separates and presents components cleanly for vision guided robotic picking. FlexiBowl is ideal for high mix, fast changeover and precision assembly applications.
Bulk Feeders
FlexiVision is the vision software and camera package that identifies part position and orientation on the FlexiBowl surface. It integrates seamlessly with robots and PLCs, enabling accurate pick points, real time inspection and stable feeding for complex or irregular components. FlexiVision ensures reliable guidance and maximises the efficiency of the FlexiBowl system.
