Thermo-6 units
The next generation of HB-Therm temperature control: speed-controlled pumps, intelligent process monitoring and intuitive operation, built on proven Thermo-5 technology. Lifetime warranty on the heater and flow measurement.
Energy-Control assistant
Speed control is standard on Thermo-6, and the Energy-Control assistant guides the operator to the optimum operating point.
Flow-6 flow meters
Ultrasonic flow and temperature measurement with no moving parts, in 4, 6 and 8 circuit versions, for uniform mould temperature and shorter cycle times. Lifetime warranty on all measuring channels.
Gate-6 interface server
Connects temperature control units, flow meters and the machine control, translating Euromap 82.1 to the machine’s own protocol. One Gate-6 per injection moulding machine.
Vario-5 switching unit
With two Thermo-5 units, forms a variothermal system: hot during injection, cold during cooling. Existing moulds can be used where their temperature control channels are suitably arranged.
Clean-5 & Treat-5
Clean-5 removes corrosion, scale and deposits from moulds and temperature control circuits. Treat-5 keeps system water quality consistent.
